I have a main diary so this will be just to write down stuff like a sheet.

Green day
b - nothing
d - Lettuce, cucumber, 3 boiled eggs, Salad cream (3syns an overestimation but rather that).
snacks - 5 scan bran (HB) with 115g of tuna (HB). salad cream (2syns), 0% yoghurt, cucumber, vinegar.
t - jacket potato. quorn sausages (2), baked beans, beetroot.
snacks - 15 haribo (oops) - 7
total - 14

d - 3 fishfingers cooked with oil, guessed at 10 syns, cos ff are 2 syns each and i dont know how much oil so guessed at 2 tbsp? I dont know cos i never use oil.
t - Beef stew - mushrooms, onions, broccoli, courgettes, carrots, beef, stock cubes, gravy (1 syn per portion).
pudding - 1 meringue (3), frozen raspberries, 0% natural yog with sweetner. Jelly (0.5), strawberries.
haribo, ffs. 3 syns
chicken and tomato curry (tin of tomatos, mushrooms, chicken, curry cube, garam masala, tumeric)
17.5 syns total..
Exercise - half a mile swim (1hr).

l - Chicken curry. This recipe is just fab. I can make a decent curry in literally like 5 mins tops.. Sometimes i let it simmer for a bit but you could eat it straight away.
Pre cooked chicken, onions, mushrooms, oxo curry cube, tumeric, garam masala, tinned tomatos. 0 syns.
t - Sausages (2), egg, mushrooms, 2 wholemeal buns (2 x HB) cheese spread (half HA). Pineapple, kiwi and grapes.

d - 2 wholemeal buns (HB x 2), 1 tbsp of extra light marg (1.5), 2 boiled eggs, salad cream (2), lettuce. Home made bbq sauce.
t - thai green curry with chicken and prawns. Right. the tin of coconut milk is 15 syns. I used 3 tbsp of paste which is 1 syn each. so 18 syns / by 4 = 4.5 per serving.
snack - mini twister lolly 2.5
total with curry = 10.5

t - Batchelors cheese broccoli pasta (0.5) milk from allowence. Courgette. quorn sausage (1.5).

Lost 4lbs last week, woooooo..

b - frozen grapes.
l - 5 scan bran (HB), 5 laughing cow light triangles (HA), grapes. Banana.
t - Beef bourguignon - Casserole pieces, onions, sprouts, carrots, stock, tomato puree, garlic, herbs, 150ml of red wine (4 servings). 1 serving was 1.5/2 syns. Ate like 2 servings worth today.. so like 3-4 syns.

Total - 4 syns.

l - Ham, salad, brown sauce (1.5)
t - chicken curry - stock cube, curry cube, chicken, broccoli, cabbage, onions, mushrooms, tinned tomatos, tumeric, paprika, garam masala.

l - Syn free soup (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, red lentils, stock cubes).
t - Leopards pie i made yesterday - 3syns. Maybe some carrots with it too. Need to add in HA somewhere but tbh i have none. Maybe do some porridge later.
