Knocked out Ketosis - Starving

    So is it possible for me to have been knocked out by drinking a glass of water that may have had fruit flavour/fruit in it/something fruit.

    Was only about 100ml.

    But I've had more water than I normally do at this time and I am STARVING.

    Yes it is possible research has shown that even a slice of lemon in a glass of water can affect some people who are carb sensitive. Just increase your water and perhaps split your packs to spread your diet out a little bit.

    You should go back into ketosis really quickly.

    Stupid hotel.....won't be going back there again...

    Aww poor you! just get glugging the water, hopeully you will be back in ketosis in no time at all.

    I'm SO unimpressed about this. I just want to scream and swear and shout.

    Reminds Clara that she must calm down :D :D
