Knorr Country Vegetable Soup From Vending Machine - Good or Bad

Just wondering if anyone knows if Knorr Country Vegetable cups you get from a vending machine that you add hot water to are ok to drink as i drink a fair few at work

Hmm. I always thought that all dried soups were synned....Sorry I don't know the value though. Could you make your own fresh soup and take it with you in a flask?
