Just made the Knorr paprika shake and bake as seen below with
    150g of baby potatoes
    Courgette
    Peeled BNS
    Onion
    Carrot
1 x fillet of chicken chopped in to chunks

Cooked for 40 minutes and it was lovely as seen in the pics attached. But I made enough that I could eat half and blend the rest keeping 2 chicken chunks and the rest of the veg for soup for the next two days. Just thought I would share my idea.

    Enjoy :)

Jojo did you parboil the pops and veg before oven baking the rustic chicken. I tried cooking this before but the veg just didn't come out perfect. Felt like it needed more time.

    Thanks in advance

I've made this before and I didn't precook/parboil the pots or vegs or anything. Just threw it in for like 50mins I think. I cut them in 1/4s I think :) good luck. It's yummy and saves so much time!

I only cooked the potatoes separately and just put the bag over them. leave them in longer next time . Open and check it and put it back on if needs be
