Anyone know the syn values for the pear or raspberry flavour, 330ml bottle?

I did a search for this on slimming world website n couldn't find anything so would be good if someone new xx

All of these have NO free food so go by the 1syn per 20 calories rule. If it doesnt have the nutritional info on the back a quick google will almost always bring it up fo you:

Calories- 240
Fat- trace
Sodium- 40 mg
Carbohydrate- 43 g
Sugars- 34 g

As it says, that is "per 568ml serving" - I dont know if your bottle was the same size as this, Shelliewoo mentioned a 330ml version?

Approx 144 calories per can so at 1 syn per 20 calories, as ermintrude explained, that should make it about 7 syns.
