    Had my first week, not found it too hard yet......if every I feel the urge to pick...I have a bath, do some house work or walk the dog....she can not believe it bless her....been on the wii fit too.....all helps

    Day 1 - 24 points
    1 med bowl kelloggs crunchynut cornflakes - 2

    1/2 tub cottage cheese with pineapple - 1.5
    1/3 tub creamy low coleslaw - 1.5
    1 serving red pepper couscous - 2
    salad bits - 0

    chinese chick & sweetcorn soup - 2.5
    1/3 tub egg frice rice - 3.5
    1/3 serving chick chow mein - 2.5

    1 pint skimmed milk - 2

    total 17.5 ( i know, not enough but was starting out) - 4 saved

    Day 2

    Bagel with spread - 4

    plain chick roll - 4

    breast chicken & spaghetti hoops 4.5
    3 scoops ice-cream - 6.5 (so worth it lol)

    1 pint skimmed milk - 2

    21 points - saved 3

    Bagel & spread - 4

    1/2 round egg sandwich - 3.5

    cods roe & chips from chip shop - 15.5

    1 pint milk - 2

    25, 1 over taken from banked amount
    (today was my father in laws funeral so was a tough day)

    1 bag toffee popcorn snack a jacks - 2.5
    1 ww rich toffee bar - 1.5
    1 egg, mush & Ham omelette - 3

    homemade cottage pie - 13 (grrrr flippin hubby)

    1 pint skimmed milk - 2

    skipped lunch was working (i know i know)

    2x haddock steaks in crumb - 9.5
    spaghetti hoops - 2
    homemade frylite chips - 3

    1 pint skimmed milk - 2
    1 ww coconut whip bar - 1.5

    wafer thin ham on warburtons danish sandwiches - 7
    ww coconut whip bar - 1.5

    2 servings chinesse rubbed spice stirfry (ww recipe) - 8.5

    1 pint skimmed milk - 2

    19.5 pints - saved 4

    chicken sunday roast - guess at 12 points
    33% less fat ice cream - 4

    low fat mushroom soup - 1
    1 slice warburtons dansih bread - 1
    1/2 bag carot batons with a mini tub of phil light - 1.5

    1 pint skimmed milk - 2
