Kymsey's weight loss diary xx

    Well after doing SW about 18 months ago and losing about just over 2 stone I have decided to start again after putting "most back" on :break_diet:So I thought the only way to get through is to keep a weight loss diary (as well as letting you all know what I'm eating from time to time). I started 23rd of feb and weigh in every friday. Results as follows including todays:

    Week 1 : - 3lbs:D
    Week 2 : - 2lbs:D

    Going to be good and keep you all informed:

    Food today: 2 x asda 75% less fat sausages (2 syns) beans, egg in frylight, 2 rounds ww bread (toasted no marg) (HEB)

    Lunch: Homemade soup ( carrots, onions, leeks, mushrooms etc)

    Dinner: chicken, mushy peas, sw chips, lots of salad.

    Milk for tea (HEA)
    and maybe a couple of small glasses of vino for my syns xxx

    Oh silly me, this will be a extra easy day xx
