    Hope u don't mind thought I'd start a food diary since Ive been reading everyone else's. Here goes...

    On WW 22pts
    Brekkie
    1 boiled egg 1.5pts
    2 slices wholemeal bread 3pts
    low fat marg 1pt
    total- 5.5pts

    Lunch
    ham salad sandwich 5pts
    Snackajacks 2pts
    1 apple 0.5pts
    Total- 7.5pts

    Dinner
    pasta 3pts
    bolognese 5pts

    Total-21 pts
    1 hour at gym doing step and pump

    OK here goes day 2....

    Breakfast:
    1 boiled egg 1.5pts
    2 slices brown toast 3pts
    low fat marg 1pt

    Total - 5.5 pts

    Lunch:
    tuna- 1pt
    2 slices brown bread- 3pts
    low fat marg- 1.5 pts
    salad-0pts
    walkers baked- 1.5pts
    TOTAL- 7pts

    TEA:
    homemade beef hotpot- 6pts
    cauli- 0pts
    carrots-0pts
    broccoli- 0pts
    TOTAL- 6pts

    Pub quiz 2nite so will have a few halves lager- 5pts

    TOTAL for day 23.5
    over by 1.5 but earned some at gym yesterday!

    Thanks x. I try to get to gym 2-3 times a week. usually to a body pump, or body attack class, but Ive just discovered step. It's brilliant but knackering! I try to drink a lot of water but I usually forget. Ive been doing WW for nearly 2 years so been at it for ages. Havent really lost anything for a while which is why i decided to do this diary. Its great that you read it and replied thanks.

    Day 3- have had a bad day really.It all started off soooo well...

    Breakie-
    the usual boiled egg and soldiers- 5.5pts

    Lunch- wafer thin ham sandwich on brown bread with salad-5pts
    Sun bites- 1.5 pts (I think)

    Dinner- just bought the new Chinese made easy book from the TV series and made a couple of dishes from there-
    prawn singapore noodles
    chicken stir fry - no idea how many points, prob far too much

    Will be gud 2morrow and also do an attack class!

    I go walking at the moment, but when i lose abit more i will join a gym and do aerobic classes etc?
    Chicken stirfry wouldnt be too bad would it? Cause you had about 8 points to spare?

    Step is where u have a box to step off and on and its to dancy type music and fairly fast. Im not very well coordinated so got the moves abit mixed up. Manadged to be at the back so didnt make myself look like too much of an idiot.I bet it burns quite a few calories which is the main thing.
    Dont know about the chinese, did eat quite a lot and am feeling really stuffed now.
    Which diet are you on???

    Im not really on one.
    Ive been following my own one which i thought was good, but had a convo on calorie counting and apparently im not eating enough. So im going to see a dietican every 2 weeks or so and get her advise :D

    How many calories were u eating? I got on the scales this morning and they havent moved! Probably the results of all that chinese last night. Its weigh in day today as well and I dont know whether to go as am sure it will be disappointing. Might give it a miss and go to gym instead and make sure am really good for next weeks weigh in!

    Breakfast-

    Ham salad sandwich- 4.5pts
    Sunbites-1.5pts
    apple- 0.5pts

    Dinner-
    Prawns , noodles and stir fry veg - no idea how many pts about 8?

    oops, just found out my OH is taking us to the indian 2nite. I usually have chicken tikka, pilau rice etc. I dint know how many points there are in an indian. Will prob have gone over by 2nite

    fish- 3pts
    new potatoes-3pts
    broccoli-0
    cauli-0
    carrots-0
    small bottle of WW wine- 2pts
    Total-8pts

    Points used today-19.5

    Thats 2.5pts left, willprob have a bag of snackajacks at 2pts

    Lunch-
    Ham salad sandwich- 5pts

    nectarine-0.5


    Dinner
    Home made beef curry and rice- 11pts

    Total- 22.5, 0ver by 0.5 but did go to gym

    Exercise- 30mins xtrainer, 10mins treadmill and some resistance work

    Snack- WW cheese puffs-1pt

    semi skimmed milk- 1pt

    Lunch
    Salmon salad- 4pts??
    snackajacks- 1.5pts

    Dinner-
    pasta bolognese- 11pts i think

    Exercise- 20/20/20 class for 1 hour

    Aaah i did Body Pump a couple of times, i find it so exhausting!!! I'm supposed to be starting it again but cant say i am looking forward to it very much! lol.

    I might see if theres a step class at my leisure centre, it sounds more like my kind of thing! x

    Thanks for your messages. Ive lost the weight through a combination of weightwatchers, the gym and i was on xenical at the start. I need to lose another 2 stone or so really but ive been on a plateau for months now. Ive discovered this fab forum and another website called FoodFocus where you input all your details and exercise and it totals your calories so Ive started doing that as well!
    I love going to the gym, sad I know, but i dont think i wud have lost weight without it. Ive tried to lose weight for years just dieting and it never worked. Ive been doing body attack twice a week for a long time but ive discovered step and i love it!

    no exercise today, too stiff after last nights class!!
