LACK OF MOTIVATION

I'm seriously lacking motivation to go to the gym. . I gained 1/2 a stone whilst on holiday at the end of August. I'm really struggling at the mo . I've dragged myself to the gym twice since I returned from my holiday. Hoping that i would get motivated, but i just end up clock watching on the machines and can't wait to get out of the place.

Does anyone have any ideas to help please? :)
 
does your gym do classes?
i find the gym so boring to use and clock watch all the time but in classes my mind is occupied more
 
Do you listen to music, or have someone to go with? If you have somebody who you can go with it can be a massive motivation and you's can keep each other going. Or as said above a class. Personally I have had a programme made at my gym and I know I should do it every week which keeps me going (three times a week)
 
Agree with gina! Always used to do gym but wasn't motivated. Now do classes and love em. Body combat, spinning, body pump. Hopefully soon doing body attack regular soon
