Hey gals, I was hoping you may be able to help...

I've just finished Week 1 TFR 100%, I'm wondering if you know if Time Of Month has much of an impact on your weekly weigh ins? Gotta say I'm finding it tough today/y'day.. pesky TOM Day 1 today :p

I was down 7lbs at my first weigh in this morning - is that average? Or would TOM have been a factor?

Yeye have you been feeling hungrier as TOM approaches? I was loving the general lack of food cravings on TFR - then they hit yesterday because of TOM :-( Interestingly enough tho - I'm craving the shakes :-D I'm hoping the TOM hungryness/lack of energy will pass in a day or 2.
