Ladies how do you cope with TOTM?

Hi I'm trying to get back on track with my weight loss and after losing 1.5 kg since the 1st of march I have put it all back on, I've been eating more then what I do because it's nearly TOTM :(
but I'm not going totally crazy, I know this has partly to do with it being * week but it really puts me down watching the scales go up again.
I haven't don't the 30 day shred for 2 days now because of stomach cramps and I feel so low too, I go on my exercise bike everyday for 60 mins too.

Sorry for the rant just needed to let it out! Argh it's so hard being a women! :(
 
I always get ravonous the few days before (now) and I use TOM week to be extra healthy and my stomach cramps are not as worse and I ususally now get a good loss.
