Change of subject ladies (apologies for this) I just gotta ask a question..Didn't want to start a new thread in case this has already been answered...Do you lose hair on LT?
I washed my hair last night and was quite alarmed at the amount of hair that was washed down the plug hole - I've never lost so much while washing my hair  :(:( xx

Lauriel, if you only started Lipotrim last week, it's far too early to be getting hair loss because of it so it's not that.
Hair loss on Lipotrim usually occurs around week 12 of TFR. When you are doing the diet the nutrients are used by other more important parts of the body and so hair doesn't grow so quick. The hair loss after 12 or so weeks is just the old dead hair falling out. It also does not happen to everyone.
My hair seems to be coming out a lot lately too, maybe it's just the weather getting colder! x

Ah, reading your other post it sounds like it was not the usual Lipotrim hair loss and was something just connected to maybe the physical shock of being on a TFR diet!
    Good luck going forward x

I was just going to say the same thing Hun, and that's every day! Amazed I'm not bald! Then again my hair is looking more and more like Diana Ross's every day!
Normally you don't see the hair go because it blows away in the wind etc but if you wear your hair up it can't do that so when you take it down you see it all and panic your arse off!! Haha!! Xx

I emailed LT about it and they failed to get back to me. Seems like its a question they aren't too keen on answering. That's one thing I have picked up with LT, they don't seem to like telling you what the potential side effects may be.
I will continue doing low-carb and going to the gym. I panicked when I saw the hair come out so stopped TFR straight away. I have washed my hair since then and lost the usual amount, so maybe it wasn't to do with TFR and it was just a bit more hair than usual coming out. I will see how it goes. I just feel like I have wasted 10days of effort because of a bit of hair coming out. Kinda feel like I failed really. Feeling a bit sh*t about it all. I'm determined to keep the weight I've lost already off, I am also determined to lose more. But I wanted it gone by Christmas and now that's not going to happen. It's put me on a bit of a downer. I just don't know :(
    Thanks anyway guys xxx
