Hi everyone :)

Long time lurker here, but finally joined today!
I have 117 lbs to lose and I am so excited to be a part of minimins now and get started on my mission to shed those lbs.
My head has been in the wrong place for a while now, but now it's in the right place and I'm sooo ready for this.
Will be posting mostly in the "We mean it this time" because I really do.....

Hello & Welcome Minus117, have you got a plan of action?? I'm doing Slimming World & between that & being on here I'm actually for the first time enjoying being on a "diet". There's loads of info & inspiration here.

Hi!

I plan on healthy eating with exercise.
I have a cross trainer at home, which has been used about 5 times, so I aim to do 20 minutes a day on it - just after I get in from work and before my dinner :)
Lots of fruit and veg and protein and cut out the rubbish, fizzy juice and alcohol, which is my downfall.
I'm just going to take one day at a time :)

Good stuff that sounds like a plan. Why don't you start a diary on here, keeps you on track & in touch with people, great place for a rant or a moan, ha ha.

I have around the same amount to lose as you and am also doing it by just healthy eating and exercise.
As someone has suggested you should try to start a diary here...I find it really helps.

You need to reach 50posts to be able to do everything on here Katy. The quickest way for you to do it is to join in on some of the word game threads, you'll reach 50posts in no time, here's a few that I do..........
