laryngitis and bronchitis..what can i take

oh well,
As the heading says, i've gotten sick, flu like symptoms and lost my voice. I get bronchitis a few times a year and feel it coming on, what can i take over the counter. I'm just using a spray on my throat and paracetomol for temp.

Sorry, poor you, think we can only take paracetamol when we are 100%. Get well soon.

Yeah, the only exception is for any medication you've already been prescribed. Could give your pharmacist a shout for advice, anyway.

If you get soluble paracetamol you can gargle it before you swallow and that will help!

I was wondering why i wasn't hungry, on the plus side i totally lose my appetitie when i have bronchitis.
