hi everyone. ive lost 4.5st and have 2st more to lose in 8 weeks for a hen party.
in a motivational bid i will give a weekly report of what my weight is and how much ive lost on here if thats ok with everyone?? even join me if you have special occasion coming up that you losing for x

Wow 4.5 stone?? Well done to you!! - how long did that take if you don't mind me asking? Myself and my dh are starting tomorrow (I've done it before but put on huge baby weight since!) looking forward to reading about your progress
