    so i joined group finally on thursday nte and im extremely determined, this weight must cum off once and for all!so here goes my food diary from fri onwards..

    20.8.10

    breakfast - bacon,egg,beans,tomato&2 slices nimble (hexb)

    snack - strawberries n grapes

    lunch - chicken n mushroom pasta n sauce, shape zero yoghurt, apple & blackberries

    snack - banana & orange

    dinner - 2 baked potatoes with bacon & 28g cheese with lettuce,peppers,red onion,cucumber,tomato & free dip made with fat free fromage frais, chillies & coriander(hexa)

    snack - sw chips with tomato & egg
    quavers & curly wurly - 10.5 syns



    21.8.10

    breakfast - bacon egg & 2 slices nimble&bowl strawberries (hexb)

    snack - vanilla mullerlight with grapes

    lunch - slimming world chips with cherry tomatoes,red onion,mixed peppers & mixed chillies roasted in oven with 28g cheddar & 2 tbsp ex light mayo (hexa & 1.5 syn)

    dinner - slimming world chips (AGAIN!LOL) with tomatoes & red onion seasoned with chilli n garlic

    snack - pom bear crisps & foxs triple - 9.5 syns

    total syns - 11

    snack - banana apple (free)

    lunch - batchelors mild cheese n brocolli strawberry mullerlight (free & 1/2 syn)

    snack - pineapple & pear (free)

    dinner - sw chilli made with chopped tomatoes tomato puree fresh garlic fresh chillies chilli powder muhrooms peppers boiled rice with 28g cheddar & slice garlic bread (free hexa & 5.5 syns for gb & tbsp tomato puree)

    snack - triple (4.5syns)

    total syns - 10.5 syns

    breakfast - 3 slices bacon egg & mushrooms (free)

    snack - grapes banana apple (free)

    lunch - sw chilli made with chopped tomatoes tomato puree fresh garlic fresh chillies chilli powder muhrooms peppers boiled rice (free)

    dinner - chicken breast wit mashed potato brussels sprouts & 100ml bisto gravy (free &1.5syn)

    snack - 2 slices nimble with low low cheese triangle (hexb & 1.5 syns) segment of terrys choc orange (2 syns) club orange biscuit (5.5syns)

    lunch - batchelors chic n mush pasta n sauce with lettuce peppers n red onion (free)

    dinner - chicken breast sw chips seasoned with chilli n garlic, lettuce peppers red onion fat free vinagerette & 2tbsp ex light mayo (free & 1.5syns)

    lunch - homemade potato n leek soup with 2 slices nimble with 28g cheese tomato & tbsp light choices salad cream (free hexa hexb & 1syn)

    dinner - roast chicken mugshot, sw chips seasoned wth chilli n garlic & an egg, 1 slices bread &tsp cant believe not butter light (free 5.5syns)
