Last time - need roughly 100lbs to shift!!

    Hey all,

    Been calorie counting for a while now and on Diet Chef food and really enjoying it atm.

    Lost 5lbs when i weighed in this morning so im chuffed to bits, problem is i always do well first week, three days into second week and then slip, but im counting this as another Week 1 for my mind hehe i hope it works.

    Im going to be logging my daily food to give me more help and if anyone finds any faults please do share!!

    Thanks for reading and hope can make some nice friends on here to support each other

    Hello,

    I have just come back after a couple years off so know how you feel! You look like you are doing great, do you find diet chef meals are good? I have been using Tesco Healthy Living range and its great to be able to monitor how many cals per meal! Good Luck and will be following your progress and stealing meal ideas :)

    Hey thanks for getting in touch, i myself tried counting calories without diet chef and i was up and down all over the show so hence me back on it and maybe getting another batch when last hamper is here do another three months then i guess hopefully do there maintance plan and get breakfast and evening meals as i do like salad or butty for lunch.

    Stealing meal ideas wont be much as i have addiction for tracker choco chips and stuffed mushrooms atm!! and the mushrooms dont have make it enjoyable more. But yes i do sometimes add extras in if i can find anything good instore on that day.

    Oopps diet chef meal are really tasty and filling, im not a soup lover now i have one every day and they are good, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and the popcorn there is a good amount too and really nice :D

    Had a really good day yesterday as had all fruit and veggies in stock, which i defo need to go and get every three days. Because its my second week i normally slop this time and then slip of diet and by next week im like oh ill start again, so im thinking defo first week and it has been helping alot :D

    My mini goal is to lose stone and half and then going to a burger joint in manchester which is suppose to be better than almost famous and that was lush so taking middle son with me and cant wait to try it yum yum

    I have decided to put today's on here as i find it really helps to do the day before or in morning what im eating and stick to it, i find that if i don't do this im thinking when im out oh i have so many calories left and grab something, and then that impacts the night time as i might have to not have what i originally wanted at night so damn annoying, but it works this way

    I don't know what happened last night but after school run, i could of just eaten anything in front of me, so then it began, i was thinking domino's pizza with hot dog crust and large one at that and sharing it with son!!

    so while was thinking and drooling over pizza i had 3 bags of walkers smokey bacon crisps, 1 thick anchor butter toast and 2 tracker bars.

    Kids were arguing and i thought yanno you can get stuffed so i banged them some nuggets and chips in oven and thought i aint treating you to domino's!!! so basically i didn't eat my dinner that was planned yesterday but i guess the crisps and tracker added up to what i was gonna eat for dinner and supper so i cant complain, but imagine the calories on half of large meat feast hot dog crust pizza would of been!!!
    :eek:

    i thank the kids for being brats and put me in horrid mood.

    Oh it gets better, pour milk onto my cereal this morning and yuk had to throw away so what do i do now!!!!! i guess i should grab cookie which suppose to have in morning grrrr, i hope you have better day than me all, and i aint going on scales on Monday cos if i sts or put on i will fail!!!! bah humbug!!!

    lol but gonna have sneaky peak now to put mind at rest :sigh:

    Had a bad few days hence me not logging, but to be fair i don't think i went over that many calories as yesterday i was ill and had bad stomach and only ate a beef melt subway with loads of salad so i think i have caught back on that.

    Right that's me sorted!! Done next four days of meals as im due to open new hamper so i thought i would sort next hamper out so i don't eat same food in same week :D. I had my last can of Pepsi max yesterday (RIP) and today im drinking nothing but diet vimto and getting myself of Pepsi max, so bring on the headache!!! cant wait!!

    Hope everyone else has a fab day and feels great. its Monday all!! hahaha xxx Oh cant weigh myself as the blooming battery has gone, but did check Saturday and i was sts so im happy and i will carry on today and get batteries ready for next Monday

    Oh, i brought my son his first ever bike, yes i know he is 11 but has autism/aspergecs, i brought it because the party venue let him down as wasn't going to be up and running and they gave me another two weeks later, which is 6 weeks after birthday!!

    Well how the heck do i get him to learn to ride as he get embarrassed very easily. I have took pedals of so he can learn to get his balance and then thinking of putting just one pedal so he can push of that and have other leg ready in case he falls, now i know if he falls i reckon that will be it he wont go on it again which i hope not!!

    Once he learns im so giddy as im going to get myself a bike which i haven't had for over 20 years and finally as a family can go out biking and i know gonna cos fortune as other kid will want a dearer bike to come with us, ohhhh i cant wait to be honest, trip down canal stop at beer garden hehehe of course for pop nothing else and back.

    Oh btw the venue has offered son 50 quid of vouchers to go when they do open so not bad after all :D

    Well i think i did bloody amazing yesterday, went to friends and took my cookie and fruit with me just in case i was there till gone 1 which i blooming well was as she asked me to take her iceland!! I thought oh shooooot iceland!! so i took her, well first of all i got some burgers for sons for there teas and some bit and bobs and no crap ie crisps chocolate etc etc my friend was like wow first time seen you shop with so little!! so i was proud.

    Came home had lunch, then did school run, pick middle kid up who was limping so i spent yesterday in A&E till 18.46pm, so how easy it would of been just to nip chippy on way home which i was thinking while waiting there, but i didn't i came home made mine and different sort of burgers for kids and had a late tea, by 9 i was ready for bed, which i went and i wanted to kill the dog next door, who been howling since 8-11 till they got in from pub so i will be telling them a few kind words, if no joy then straight to council. i will be going with all my evidence of the howler!!!
