Right ive done it before! I KNOW i can do it again! Last october i weighed in at 12.10, dieted 100% until i reached 9.7. I then went on holiday to turkey with OH and was suprisingly good. I suppose i had holiday blues as when i got back i wanted everything in sight, and i now weigh 10,7 and 3/4 i dont want to put anymore on so im doing this!!! Im planning on having around 1000/1200 calories a day and using the yummy food ideas from thia forum, lets go!
