Ok I'm used to weighing myself in the morning as I don't eat yet and I empty myself.

But I'll be weighing myself in class at 7pm tomorrow. What should I do to ensure I'm weighed properly? will I weigh more or soemthing? how should i eat tomorrow? should I eat less?

I would just eat the same as you normally do, as you'll be weighing at the same time every week.
If you drink a lot of liquid, perhaps cut back a bit for a couple of hours before you go.
BTW you will weigh more in the evening than you do in the morning, and SW scales may not be the same as yours. SW are accurate so rather work with that WI, and try not to weigh between classes.

I eat normally, I couldn't go all day without eating lol! I do cut back on what I drink a few hours before WI though
