Extra Easy Laughing cow low fat blue cheese triangles

Can the low fat laughing cow blue cheese squares be used as a healthy extra if so how many triangles. These are yum melted on pasta in the microwave x

They are also tasty on top of chips melted with some chopped bacon.
I think it is 4 for a heb choice xxxx

My mum and sister melt 1or2 into broccoli and stiltonsoup to replace the stilton

Thank you did slimming world before Xmas and lost a stone then pretty much stayed the same and rejoined last week

They are my most favourite!! I melt them on pork escalope, make sw chips and have a pile of sauerkraut with it for a German themed meal!! X
