    Hello all,
    I've recently joined SW infact im only on my 3rd day!
    Just noticed the food diary section and thought that it looked like a great way to share food idea's etc...
    Im quite a fussy eater so my diary will probably be quite boring...
    but here we go anyway!

    Day one- Tuesday
    Green Day

    Breakfast
    2x poached eggs
    1 slice of brown bread (HEXB)
    tomato sauce (0.5 syns)

    Lunch
    Pasta and sauce
    handful of homemade syn free crisps

    Dinner
    Jacket potato
    Tin of beans
    28g red leicester cheese (HEXB)
    tomato sauce (0.5 syns)
    egg custard (2.5 syns- milk used from HEXA)

    Snack
    half a strawberry muller light cous cous cake!
    sainsbury's peach & apricot cereal bar (3.5 syns)

    Syns for today- 7

    I really enjoyed my 1st day of the diet, wasnt hungry @ all very satisfied! Felt very full and wondered how an earth I could lose weight and eat like a queen!

    Day 2-Wednesday
    Red Day

    Breakfast
    -Bacon omelette
    -28g red leicester cheese (HEXA)
    -tomato sauce (0.5 syns)

    Lunch
    -whole packet of crabsticks
    -sea food sauce (tbsp tom sauce-0.5 syn tbsp salad cream-1 syn)

    Dinner
    -227g potato made into wedges par boiled then sprinkled with bbq seasoning and cooked in oven. (HEXB)
    -chicken breast wrapped in bacon (with 2 mini babybel stuffed inside- HEXA)
    -tomato sauce (0.5 syns)
    -banana custard muller light

    Snack
    -ferrero rocher using 5 scan bran (HEXB) & 2 tbsp nutella (8 syns)

    Syns for today- 10.5

    Really enjoyed my food today it was yummy all of it!
    My home made wedges were to die for...and the ferrero rocher's @ the end of the day were gorgeous!

    Fantastic choices Hun....but if you can get them, try Babybel lights....they taste the same, but you can have 3!!!

    Well i've already had breakfast, i've planned the rest of the days food so here go's...
    Day 3-Thursday
    Green Day

    Breakfast
    -Syn free rice pudding (using skimmed milk from HEXA)

    Lunch
    -Batchelors Beef rice
    -packet of ryvita mini's (HEXB)

    Dinner
    -small chickent breast (HEXB)
    -2tbsp of Heinz spread and bake sticky bbq (3 syns)
    -syn free hashbrowns
    -large mushroom stuffed with garlic and laughing cow (HEXA)
    -2tbsp asda barbecue ketchup (2 syns)

    Snack
    Half a toffee flavour cous cous cake.

    Im a bit stuck today if anyone can help i need sum syns! LOL ... i am finding green days i dont need as many syns?
    What do you think of my plans do you think i could improve them in anyway am i going wrong anywhere?
    TBH i dont think i could do the diet if it wasnt for this fabulous forum.

    so planning ahead now thinks its best less stressfull lol.

    Day 4-Friday
    Red day

    Breakfast
    - bacon and cheese omelette (42g cathedrial city light HEXA)
    -tomato sauce (0.5 syns)

    Lunch
    -Tuna and pasta (35g dry pasta HEXB)
    -2tbsp hellmanns extra light mayo (1 syn)
    -Muller light yoghurt

    Dinner
    -homemade syn free bbq meatballs
    -brocolli & cauliflower.

    Snack
    -Ferrero rocher truffles (5x scan bran- HEXB & 2tbsp nutella- 8 syns)

    Syns for today- 9.5

    I seem to be finding it hard thinking up recipes for a red day, green is rather easy IMO

    the syn free potato wedges are amazing so yummy!!!
    also mushroom stuffed with laughing cow and garlic was out of this world!
    I must asmit i am finding red days a real struggle!

    How are you,i was very shocked to see you back on here i was woundering how you were doing,i am still doing ww,got to goal and then went mad and put quiet a few lb's back on.
    I am glad your doing well with sw i enjoyed it when i tried it with fruit as much as you like free,but i was stuck for lunch idea so gave up,i would love to try it again.

    yum i had lovely syn free meatballs for tea last night, i would really recommend them to everyone.
    although i am actually glad that this red day is over with lol
    i must try and drink a lot more water. Apparently i might have water retention so it looks like ill be guzzling a lot today lol.
    must also get around to planning some more days, will make sure i do sometime today, otherwise tomorro will come and ill be panicking about what to eat.
    i dont know how many people actually read this but im doing it for myself so i can look back and see my progress.
    its much better than writing it down on paper

    omg i have drunk soooo much water i have been on the toilet all day lol!!!
    i feel extremley full up although i haven't ate much yet...so mayb the water is a good thing!

    -cant stomach anything this morning!

    -bacon, mushroom & cheese omelette (42g low fat cheese- HEXA)

    Dinner
    -loads of lamb
    -227g pots (roasted using fry light -HEXB)
    -brocolli & cauliflower
    -140 ml of gravy (2.5 syns)

    Snacks
    mullerlight
    choc spread (8syns)

    i did a naughty today i dont know if im the only one but i only ate an alpen light bar, and a packet of ryvita minis all day...
    i got weighted @ 6.30 and was so chuffed to have lost 5 1/2 pound (even after feeling terribly bloated)
    so i was chatting to the girls @ class and the majority of them go for a takeaway after...
    so what did i do headed straight for the kebab shop and got a large donner! ( i had planned to do this but felt bit guilty but having heard its the norm i thought sod it!)
    i didnt actually eat it all , but i know its going to be my weekly treat so im not bothered i will start back on proper plan tomorrow xxxxxxxxxxxx
