So here we go, the new WW Propoints Plan...I rejoined a WW class on Saturday morning with my friend but I also used this site last time too so want a record here...I lost nearly a stone earlier in the year and when I weighed in I was still at 9lbs off which isn't toooo bad really?!

I really like the new plan, fruit being free is a huge bonus for me as I eat a lot of fruit! And the 49 weekly points are just fab - just seems much easier to fit into real life doesn't it?

My daily points allowance is 29. Here goes....I want to be 3 stone lighter by the summer?!

Used 9 on that danish pastry of my weekly points...felt so naughty but I guess thats what they are there for! It's just getting your head round the mindset which is hard isn't it?:rolleyes:
