Im gonna make a food diary to i can keep up with my points, and it might motivate me to make sure i say within my points!! :D

i am kabooshed !! just spent 2 and a half hours tidying my room ready to paint it for tomorrow .. must of lost a bit of weight doing that.. i was boiling haha! ;)

Hi Lauren! Good luck! I am back on the wagon from tomorrow after falling off it from a great height and being dragged behind it!! I am only a fool to myself it's another week I've wasted! I'll keep checking in for inspiring ideas! You are doing really well xxx

Ha... Join the club, i had a terrible weekend. I had not one, but two indian take aways. (ooh but they were soooo lovely). Straight back on the wagon today. Good luck with the rest of you week.

i have 10 days before i go away..so 100% for the next 10 days, cant do much exercise though :( ive sprained my muscle under my rib cage..ouch!! :(

ive had a lush weekend..been soaking up some sun.

saturday.
i had 2 chicken & salad cream sanwhiches - 16.
went to the pub and had a glass of pepsi, cheese burger & chips - dont know how many points.

sunday.
i had a mashmallow sundae from joes - 14.
went over my friends house and had lasagne & chips.. dont know how many points.

but whats the weekend with a bit of sun, fun & some yummy food..especially icecream!! ( and i had 35 points a day and 40 weeklies .. hopefully it covered it okayy!! )
back to normal tomorrrow!!

Hope your keeping well hun, i find it hard to update everyday too. my diary is all over the place.
