Heeeeeey!
i used to come on here quite a lot but i stopped, but coming back on here has really motivated me and given me new idea's and that!
well basically i really need to lose weight ready for september because i want to do beauty in college, but you have to be an orange twig!! so by september im hoping to lose 6st i really really hope that's manageable!!
i started last monday and i weighed yesterday and i lost 4lb!! so yaaaaay.
im gonna start a food diary to keep me on track! i dont go to meetings, i do weight watchers online!!

monday 6th.

breakfast - nothing.

lunch :
co-op sothern fried chicken wrap - 11pp
carton of ribena - 3pp
wotsits - 3pp

dinner :
tomato pasta - 10pp
micro chips - 9pp

snacks :
del monte mango icecream - 1pp
wotsits - 3pp
peaches in jelly - 2pp
2 shortbread biscuits - 5pp

49/50 dailies
00/49 weeklies.

i know thats like a really bad menu, but i had no food in my house didnt go shopping until this morning..and I HATE FRUIT & VEG!

i changed my weigh in day to a friday now, so i can enjoy the weekend without worrying about WI on mondays.. so today is my last day before my WI so might chuck a little exercise in today!

I wanted to do hairdressing or beauty put got put off by the stereotype :( x

very poorly today!!
so this is my food diary for today whether i eat it or not that's a different story!

ive had such a big blow out yesterday & today!!
.. ive got tomorrow to bring it back so might go to the gym tomorrow seeing as its half term :)

yesterday i had 2 panini's and crisps
and my friends came over mine and we had pizza, garlic bread, garlic mayo, coke, cookies, wedges, chips, mashmallows..the lot!!

then today i had a milky way this morning and ribena and coke all day then we went to this all you can eat buffet called peachy keens and i ate rice, millions of chips, chicken korma, pizza, garlic bread, naan bread, icecream, angel delight, coke..anything & everything..so im not expecting a loss on friday!

im going to london this weekend to go see wicked the musical so ill probably have a v.bad weekend..but ill just wipe off my weeklies and carry on monday.. and get back to it, im back in college next week so it'll be easier!!

so yeaaaah.. i'll be extra good tomorrow though try and get rid of any extra weight ive put on ready for WI friday!
 
I went 6 points over last night :( so gonna Zumba my heart out...your doing well tho :) eyes on the prize hun x
