Well thought I would start one as i can see that it helps others on here.

Also I only lost 1lb last week after putting on 3.5 the week before so i was disappointed .

My week starts on a wednesday as tuesday night is my weigh in

so here's what i've had over the past couple of days, if i am going wrong anywhere please let me know!


Wednesday

Fibre Plus Bar and an apple

Melon and grapes

Chilli Chicken (1 syn)

42g low fat cheese (hea)
Fat Free Vinegarette
Melon
Muller light

Necterine

Speed Soup (got receipe from site)

Chicken Curry
Rice
Salad

Choc/Straw Flan (4 syns)

Thurs

3 Slice ww Danish bread
42g Low fat cheese
Beans, tomato

Apple

Banana/Strawberry Muller light

Steak
Syn Free Peppercorn sauce
Corn on the cob
Mushy pea's
Sw chips
Salad

Skinny cow ice lolly (5 syns)

Friday

2 weetabix
milk
necterine

pear

Chicken,sweetcorn
salad, beetroot

salad

Hi hun, are you eating all your syns? Drinking enough? Sometimes the heat can make us retain water the consultant told me. Keep going, your menus look good x

Thanks, I ate too much on tuesday night after weigh in so watching how many syns i have this week, as i have been so bad, yes drinking loads lol
