Thank you missybct, still off today but kind of starting to feel a little more human. Ish. I've coughed so much I think I deserve some activity points haha!

Monday... Groan. Had a CRAP nights sleep, was up til 3, then up at 4, then awake at 7. Try again tonight lol.

Weighed myself again last night and I managed to put a lb on. So ended up eating a WW desert when I shouldn't have. But of all the things to eat out of spite, I think I did well lol. I've got some new scales on their way today hopefully. Drinking lots of water too, and forcing myself to eat breakfast.

Hi Leah! Great diary! I'm doing Discover too, bad news about the Supernoodles, I don't think the Low Fat ones are too bad, but they aren't as nice, although if you mix them with some veg and soy sauce it improves them a bit lol! xx
