    not specific one. high protein
    its week 2 day 2 and i feel great. after putting off my cardio and lifting for like four days, i have finally gotton my ass in gear. i worked my legs, my arms, and abs and i feel great. i had a protein shake right after as my muscles are warmed up and need protein.

    i've decide to post an entery eveyday to keep track of what i'm doing
