Its time I tried something new - not a fad diet or a long term diet but a life style change. I am going off in pursuit of healthy/controlled eating for the rest of my life.

Those of you that want to keep in touch can do so through email. Otherwise I look forward to returning in a years time with my goal weight achieved and my eating habbits set for life.
