Lecithin granules good or bad?

Hi,

I'm interested in added lecithin granules to my breakfast and maybe to some protein shakes.

But I'm finding mix results to determine whether it's healthy or not..
Most say it's full of benefits and some say, stay away.

Would be egar to hear a clear answer on the subject..

And has anyone used it before and recommend it themselves?

Also l'll like to eat it raw..
