Leftover mash!

If any of you are like me, I always make wayyyy too much mash, (there's only two of us too!) I make my mash with just skimmed milk, and abit of salt, I use about 4 medium to large potatoes, so it's about 250cals per scoop/potato so fairly high, but mash is mash, and I love it haha

So what I do, is if I've got a scoop or so left, I'll separate the scoop into some ramekins, and layer wafer thin ham on top (about 25cals or so)

Then add a very thin layer of cheese,grated is best lol depending on what you use, calories will be different, I do measure mine out, just because cheese can be high,

I stick them in the fridge, and pop one in the oven at about 180, for ten or so mins, just to warm through, mmmmmm yummy! About 200 cals or so depending on how much mash you use :)

Lovely for a dinner, bit of salad with it too maybe, everyone loves abit of stodge! :-D

This sounds lovely! I can never judge mash, and takes away the temptation of eating more so it doesn't go to waste!
