Leg cramps - tonic water?

Hello all

Well the leg cramps kicked in 2 nights ago as i thought they would at some point (have always been susceptable to them).

Read on here the other day to have tonic water before bed - but is this allowed on CD?

Thanks my dear. Have got something similar to crampex from my mum. I know for sure that they work, and to be honest my legs are so so painful today that I dont want to risk cramps again tonight
