    Hello all

Well the leg cramps kicked in 2 nights ago as i thought they would at some point (have always been susceptable to them).

Read on here the other day to have tonic water before bed - but is this allowed on CD?

first things to try is to ensure you are getting enough water and that you are spreading it out throughout the day. Cramps can be caused by fluctuations in salt levels in the body. These fluctuations can be caused by either too little water or too much in a short space of time. So plenty of water throughout the day.

The second thing is to keep ensure you are warm at night in bed.

If these don't work, then try a little tonic water if you get cramp at night. No, CD doesn't say you can drink tonic water but a small amount only if you need it will be fine. A last resort is getting crampex from the pharmacy

Thanks my dear. Have got something similar to crampex from my mum. I know for sure that they work, and to be honest my legs are so so painful today that I dont want to risk cramps again tonight :(
