Leg cramps?

Hi. I'm on day 3 of ss+, not in ketosis yet, and today have had really achy, crampy legs. Is this normal and just part of the general "feeling crap" thing you get before you hit ketosis? X

I always get leg cramps at night when doing Cambridge, I read somewhere it was to do with electrolytes (not sure what that means exactly) and losing water. I make sure I have crampex and still they get me. It does ease off though and mine are usually worse at the beginning. Horrible, I hate them.

Just Googled and apparently too much water can effect the electrolyte balance, so if you are drinking alot more than recommended you have some scope to cut back and see if it gets better.

Thank you x I don't tend to drink more than 3-4 litres a day. Just one of those things I guess xx

I get them every now and then, sometimes when I've not drank enough water. Not very often now though x
