5pp each slice

150gr four, 3 eggs, 100gr half sugar, lemon yogurt ww, lemon essence, 1 tsp baking powder, 50gr butter(melted),
filling:1 tbsp lemon curd, 0%fat greek yog., icing sugar.
divide in 10 slices.
 
Thats looks gorgeous... I would need my husband to take it to work with him though and bring it home on a night or I would be too tempted to have another slice.. and another... and another.. and.. You get the idea!!

I might try making this at the weekend for the kids because I'd probably end up eating the whole thing ?.

great idea to use the ww lemon yogurt. Coule use a strawberry one with fresh strawberries too!

That would be me totally purplerain! I'm going to make it one day and take it to the office; means I'll get one slice and everyone else can eat the rest!

Can I just say I love your signature! What a positive way to think. I continually think I fail at trying to eat healthily so might use your signature as a mini mantra in my head! :)

O that is yummy! Just made the lemon cake but minus the filling (didnt have any lemon curd or icing sugar in the house! Lol). Really lovely anyway. Shared it with the family. Super impressed. Thank you.
 
hi, sorry the delay....i think i use 200gr of yogurt and icing 2 tsp...or u could use hot white chocolate sachet light from options.(is good mix with yogurt.)
