Puddings LEMON QUARK RECIPES???

Hi guys,

I managed to buy the new Lemon Quark from Sainsburys today but don't really know what to do with it!

I was going to make a Scan Bran cake and use it as a 'frosting' but I've run out of Scan Bran :-(

Does anyone have and nice SW friendly recipes to use it in?

Its basically normal Quark with lemon flavouring. Tastes quite nice.

Probably good for making desserts x
