Lemsip? How many points would you count?

Hello everyone...
Have had a cold for about 10 days now. Have to work tomorrow and rang in sick last week so really desperate to feel a bit better.
Have Lemsips but wondered if anyone knew the points value of one?
No information on packet.......
What do ya reckon?

Hi Sophie,

Not sure they have any points in as they are powder paracetamol with lemon flavouring. I use them when I feel lousey and haven't gained from them.

Surely they can't be more than 0.5pt if any at all?
