    Hi all
    This is supposed to be on the EE system. Still trying to make sure I get enough superfree foods in. So a lot of fruit as part of the meals:

    OK Day 1

    Breakfast: Large raw carrot, Satsuma and a cup of hot water. (Not a breakfast fan so prefer something light)

    Teabreak 10.30am - Banana, Grapes, cup of tea (milk from allowance), Jammie Dodger, someone keeps bringing in leftovers from Christmas in for everyone to "tidy up"= 4 syns

    Lunch - Large raw carrot, Chilli con carne (syn free home made), boiled rice, Satsuma and Hot water.

    2 x sula sugar free sweets = 1 syn

    Main meal - Lamb stew bean and veg pot (syn free) + 1 small dumpling = 5 syns

    Snack - 2 x ryvita (HexB) + cottage cheese
    1/2 Tomato Mug shot

    Hot chocolate, remaining milk from allowance (HexA) + 3tsp of chocolate powder = 3 syns.

    Total syns = 13 :D

    Breakfast
    stick of celery, med raw carrot, satsuma & hot water.

    Tea break
    banana, satsuma, tea (1 syn for milk)

    Lunch
    celery, raw carrot, hot water
    150g Ainsley Harriot wild mushroom risotto = 3 syns
    Veg Spring roll (baked), Filo pastry = 6 syns

    Main,
    Breaded fish (baked, breadcrumb removed), SW Chips, Peas, Green beans,
    1tbsp tartare sauce = 2 syns

    Tea (1 syn for milk)

    Snack
    1 slice kings mill 50/50 (classing as HexB) spread with 25g Goats cheese (classing as HexA, as it has a smilar nutritional value to other HexA listed)

    Total Syns 13:D

    Thanks, I have to admit, breakfast, teabreak and part of lunch are pretty much the same at the moment. Am coming to the last dregs of fruit and veg before my shopping trip.:) Shame dried fruit is so many syns.

    Lunch
    Turkey Stroganoff (home made syn free), boiled rice, celery, carrot, kiwi fruit,
    1 sula sweet =0.5 syn

    Main
    Sw pasta carbonara and salad (1 syn for my portion),
    Oolong tea
    Gu black forest party pot (45g) 4.5 syns

    Night Cap
    Hot chocolate - remaining milk from allowance HexA
    3 tsp chocolate powder = 3 syns
    1 marshmallow = 1.5 syns
    squirty cream = 2 syns

    total syns 12.5:D

    Not used all the HexB for day, must try better:sigh:

    Ok usually in Leeds on a Saturday, and lunch is provided by the mother on the rota that week. Usually its a syn free pasta day, but no not today.:sigh: Oh well

    Breakfast
    Muller light, cherry underlayer = 2 syns
    with 28g Muesli (HexB)

    Snack
    Banana, 2 x satsuma, Herbal tea

    Lunch
    Frozen Oven Chips, few = 3.5 syns
    Small (miniscule) pizza slice = 11 syns:eek::eek::cry:

    Main
    Sw pasta carbonara and salad (1 syn for my portion), mixed with 25g Goats cheese (HexA)
    Banana

    Total Syns = 17.5 syns:mad:

    Ok still a little hungry at the end of today, but looking forward to tomorrow. I can do better, and next time take more sw friendly snacks with me:).

    Well a better day today I think, than the disaster yesterday!!:D

    Tea (milk from allowance)

    Breakfast (more brunch really)
    Raw carrot, while making breakfast, didn't want to gorge when finished and the carrot took the edge off.

    1 slice kingsmill 50/50 800g loaf = 5 syns
    2 slices grilled bacon
    1 grilled tomato
    baked beans
    sw "fried egg"

    Lunch (snack)
    3 Ryvita (HexB)
    cottage cheese
    Lots of oolong tea

    Main
    Roast pork, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes and cauliflower, Gravy = 0.5 syn
    25g caramel bomb pudding = 4.5 syns (NOT WORTH IT!!!)
    1tsp Elmlea double light = 0.7 syns

    Snack
    2x satsumas, grapes

    Night cap
    Remaining milk from allowance (HexA)
    3tsp hot chocolate

    Total syns = 13.7:D

    Well, unfortunately forgot to take my lunch to work today, so the yummy soup I was going to eat turned into emergency cous cous from the drawer. Really didn't enjoy it though. So more of a note to self don't forget your lunch.

    Breakfast
    Raw carrot, Satsuma, Grapes, Hot water

    Tea Break
    Banana, grapes , tea (milk from allowance), Pakistani fudge (cross between fudge and toffee) tiny square less than 14g = 3 syns

    Lunch (snack)
    Ainsley Harriott cous cous = 0.5 syn cottage cheese mixed with mint sauce, sliced peppers, celery. Hot water

    Main
    Sheftalia, salad, Tesco light choices tortilla wrap = 9
    Muller light chocolate orange with 28g muesli (HexB)

    Snack
    Slice of Roast pork,

    Night cap
    Remaining milk from allowance (HexA)
    1 tsp coffee + 1tsp hot chocolate = 1syn

    Total syns = 13.5:D

    Just decided to start adding my exercise record as well. Gym 40mins

    Ok not a complete success today. I was OK till I walked into my house after work then the munchies hit with a large hammer. So kinda picked at what I shouldn't. It has been sinned though so hopefully still on track.

    Breakfast
    Carrot, Satsuma, Hot water

    Tea Break
    Banana, Carrot, satsuma,
    Tea = 1 syn,
    Chocolate finger = 1.5 syn

    Lunch
    Costco Chicken Won Ton soup = 1.5 syns (and so worth it)
    Kiwi
    Sula sweet = 0.5

    Munchie attack
    Tiropitta = HexA and 4 syns,
    Carrots, banana, Slice Roast pork

    Main
    Large spaghetti bolognese, whole wheat pasta,
    1/2 mullerlight strawberry cheesecake = 0.5 syn

    Crunchie Mini = 4 Syns

    Total syns = 13 syns :D (surprised, thought I would go over)

    No HexB today, was going to get it in as a snack tonight with a yogurt, but really can't face it.

    Oh yeh lots and I mean lots of oolong tea.

    Unwell today, left work came home snacked on the wrong things. Always happens when ill, so no diary today, will just try and stay away from it all for the rest of the day!!

    Milk from allowance + 1tsp hot choc = 1 syn

    Pork and Apple stew (syns negligeble)

    Main
    Mushroom and Omelettes with leftover sphag bol sauce.
    Crackerbread x 3 = 3 syn
    1 dairylea triangle (part of HexA)

    Snack
    2 slices wholemeal nimble HexB
    2 Dairylea Triangles (rest of HexA)

    Curly Wurly = 6

    Total syns = 10 syns :D

    DH took me out to lunch,
    Chilli con carne, boiled rice, Tortilla chips = 6 syns
    Sour cream = 4 Syns

    Main
    Grilled pork chop, side salad, baked potato and cottage cheese, basalmic vinegar

    Snack
    Banana, muller souffle (bit of an experiment, not too bad though)

    Glass of milk (remaining allowance HexA)

    Total syns = 10 syns :D

    Tuna steak, with balsamic veg, satsuma and grapes

    Main
    Baked Tilapa, asparagus risotto = 3 syns
    carrots, mushrooms and tinned asparagus
    Harvest chewee bar = 4.5 syns
    banana

    Snack
    tiny bit of chocolate cake topping = 2 syns
    Muller toffee yoghurt, banana, Prawn mayo mix (nicked from tomorrows lunch) = 0.5 syn


    Supper
    Glass of milk, remaining from allowance HexA
    Tested sushi for tomorrows lunch,
    1 tsp Baklava (probably going overboard)= 5 syns



    Total syns = 15 syns :D

    Some of the syns are guesses, however I have attempted to mark it on the high side instead of underestimating

    Tea Break
    sushi, satsuma, cup of tea (milk from allowance)

    Lunch
    Sushi (I made a lot), miso soup, quality street toffee finger = 2 syns
    Sula sweets x 3 = 1.5 syns


    Main
    Avgolemono (chicken/rice/egg soup - free)
    muller light vanilla yoghurt with chopped Harvest chewee bar = 4.5 syns
    banana

    Snack
    Frenchcinnamon toast (HexB) with banana

    Supper
    Glass of milk, remaining from allowance (HexA)
    5g horlicks mixed with 1 tsp cocoa = 2 syns

    As the sushi was home made from a kit, with no nutritional info I know the fillings I used would be about 2 syns max for everything. Miso soup appears to be free, I used the rice seasoning provided so I am going to add all remaining syns from today to make the total 15 probably an overestimate, but thats OK.


    Total syns = 15 syns :D

    Cheers lolacola:D, I must admit that my breakfasts are boring to most other people I really am not a breakfast fan. I do try to make up for it with the other meals. Good luck with your Sw journey.

    Lunch
    Avgolemono (chicken/rice/egg soup - free), Carrot, Banana, Chewee bar = 4.5 syns
    3 biscuits = 7.5 syns

    Main
    Pasta and Bolognese sauce (free)
    4 x satsuma

    Snack
    3 x ritz crackers = 3 syns
    2 x dairy lea triangles (HexA split between milk used in tea and cheese)


    Total syns = 16 syns, oops 1 over:sigh:

    2 x wholemeal nimble 400g loaf HexB, I an't believe its not butter = 2.5 syns Satsumas

    Lunch
    Vegetarian tomato pasta sauce and pasta-free (I resisted the garlic bread, that was really hard, I love that stuff) Banana, more satsumas

    Cup of tea (milk from allowance)

    Snack
    BBQ ribs from tesco hot counter, fat removed (no idea will give it 2 just in case) = 2 syns

    Main
    Ainsley Harriot Vietnemese kho pork (see note below) = 0.7 syn
    Noodles, more satsumas

    Cup of tea (milk from allowance)

    Snack
    Remainder of milk from allowance HexA made into hot choc with
    1 tesco value snowball = 4 syns
    2 tsps hot choc = 2 Syns
    6g anchor light squirty cream = 1 Syn

    Total syns = 12.2 syns:D

    Note: checked the ingredients list on the packet and it appeared to be negligeble syns apart from the demerera sugar (40g in pack). This was promptly put back in the cupboard and 1 tbsp of Honey added instead and some tomato puree. Only 2 syns for whole thing, however It was shared between 3 of us.

    100% so far, weigh-in tomorrow, starting to get jittery!!!!!:eek::eek::eek:
