Had a rare crisp binge later on in the afternoon and then ate a small piece of fish and a handful of chips (homemade, not from the chippy!!) I have a lot going on in my personal life at the moment with my job and I know exactly why I turned to food today
Its only my third day, so not off to a good start but I'm sure I can pull it back over the next few days.
At best I'll either have to cut down on points over the next 4 days or at worst, just stick to my allocated points.

No Lunch as I was out and about and didn't take anything with me...wasn't really hungry anyway (which is my new tactic...eat when hungry and not just because!!!)

Thank you....you're right, it is hard to concentrate on dieting when there are other things going on in the background.
However, I also know how much worse things will feel if I pile on any more weight!

Managed a maintain for my first weigh on WW in and I was quite happy with that as my week had been very up and down foodwise (and emotionally)

Trying a bit harder this week......
