just that my cdc has told me to have lentils cas im sick of chicken for my 200cal meal. so i have been doing for 2days.

In that case wait and see how your losses are. Do you weigh at home? Don't start now if you don't it's addictive, lol. Maybe just try a couple of days this week and see how you go.

What about fish? Or Quorn? I've had that three nights this week. I've had stuff not on the official list and been ok. As far as I am concerned anything that keeps you going is great - lots of people disagree though.
yes i weigh at home already addicted.

i checked my ketosis still in it so i think i should be ok with lentils. i was worried cas it wasnt on the book list

Let us know how you get on? How much lentils do you get? Just thought they might be nice added to soup. Although I'm not keen on the soups I wish I was, would love a nice bowl of soup.
well its a lentil curry and its very tasty. just a small bowl. i might not have my 3rd shakecas ive had quite abit of the curry

It's best to have all your packs so you get your vitamins and minerals. That said occassionally missing one should be ok. Make sure you have them all tomorrow (Gods I'm in bossy mode aren't I).
