Let the games begin

i am starting off at 112kg:cry: need to get scales that show lbs.I had lost 2 stones previously from loads of exercise but add 1 stone again from lack of exercise for a year( not too bad) My goal is to lose 5 stones by summer. Had lots of water and eaten less than usual. i am told the cambridge diet rocks but i just want to start at my own pace for this week and go from there wish me luck!:)
