Let the Weight Loss Begin.......

Hello im Sophie and iv decided to do slimming world from home.
Iv got all the books and everything and know all about the extra easy plan which is what I will be doing.
I currently weigh 13 stone and 8 lbs and I would really like to get down to 12 stone and need all your help and encouragement.
Please feel free to add advise or if you just want a chat thats great.
My weigh in day will be on Tuesday Mornings.
Here is my Food Diray for Today:
EXTRA EASY - Tuesday 7.06.11
Breakfast - Nothing
Dinner - Tuna with Extra Light Mayo (3 Syns) Salad and Quavers (4 Syns)
Tea - Beans on Toast (HEXB)
Drinks - 4 glasses of water, 2 coffee with only a dash of Milk (HEXA), 2 Green Tea with Pineapple and Grapefruit.
Snacks - Mini Chocolate Chip Muffin (6 Syns??)
Total Syns: 13 :):)

Hey there Sophie
Good luck and hope it goes well. I have 2 stones to shift. Try to eat brekkie even if just an apple as otherwise you will get hungry and then be more likely to snack when you are having a bad day. Also it will kick start your metabolism.
The online diary is brilliant to allow you to work out and track out all your syns, much recommended.

I've recently started Slimming World (last week) and am trying to keep a diary too... so also need some support! I lost 1.5 pounds in week one which I was really pleased about - so if I can do it anyone can!

I defo would recommend breakie as it kick starts your metabolism for the day... I've found an actimel or yoghurt works.
