    Had a bit of an off plan day today! Started off well with fruit for brekkie but then hubby took me out for lunch to celebrate passing an exam I took for work and we've since munched a big packet of crisps each, minstrels and I've had some crackers and philly! I'm flatly refusing to even think about the syn value of what I've eaten today.

    Having said that I feel fairly good about it, I haven't really done this since I've been on SW so its nice to have a day to each all the little bits I fancy and not worry about it. Back on it tomorrow though with lots of fruit and will just have to accept I might not get a loss this week!xx

    Sometimes this happens hun and it was a celebration after all.
    As you have said yourself, get back on it first thing tomorrow and eat lots of super free foods as well as perhaps reducing your syns slightly.
    Class today as a flexi syn day.
    Well done for coming on here and admitting to it too!!

    you cant be 100% all the time were all human and we all do this
    just write it off and start fresh tomorrow :)
