Lets do onplanuaries

Sounds great! I'm posting daily in my journal but am up for joining the challenge and posting here, too! :) Current weight is 14st 7lb, Ultimate goal weight is 9st 7lb, End of Jan goal is 13st 7lb! Aiming for a stone off in the first month. Let's do this!

Plan is no weekday wine, no sugar, no animal fats and some form of exercise each day.
Day one starting today 2nd January
 
Day 1 of 30 done.
No sugar
No animal fats
No wine
2.5km walk
 
Got through today, walked dogs and not drank any wine. Planned tomorrow’s meals and prepped lunch. Ordered a fruit, veg and salad delivery for tomorrow.
 
Confession... I had one square of dairymilk going to bed
 
Onplanuary - love it! I'm in. Plan is under 20g carbs. Good luck all!
 
Day 2 of 30 done.
No sugar
No animal fats
No wine
2 by 2km walks
 
3/31 on plan. Walked dogs, counted syns, prepped meals, drank water, no alcohol. Yep I think I’ve conquered today.
 
4/31 done . Just over 12,000 steps and stuck to plan
