Lets do onplanuaries

Day 3 of 30 is a NO, well my plan was for weekdays and Friday nigjt is weekend.

No sugar YES
No animal fats NO i had cheese
No wine NO i had at least 4 glasses
Exercise YES one 2km walk

2 yes 1 no out of 30
 
Got weighed Friday 5th and 2 'On Plan' days, what a good idea, 2 dog walks, loads of exercise clearing the loft, not enough water but really want to stick to onplanuary :)
 
Day 4 of 30 is also a NO

No sugar NO I had a biscuit
No animal fats NO i had cheese
No wine NO i had 3 glasses
Exercise YES a 2km walk and a 3km walk

5/31 was a bit of a fail. I walked the dogs, I stuck to good food choices all day but then ate some chocolate and cheese spread on crackers , all because I had a drink or 2 or 3
Ended on 12,240 steps so not bad, but far to many gins.

6/31 done. Stuck to plan, no alcohol, walked dogs , but only 6,000 steps. Lazy day.

Exercise YES 15 minute jiggle

Day 6
Kept to my plan and am sitting on exercise bike, aim to do 30 mins.
Have managed do kick the sugar and alcohol habit.
Weigh in tomorrow

Day 9/31 on plan still and yesterday.
Forgot to update . I got weighed on Monday and lost -2lb.
 
Day 8 of 30 is s NO

No sugar FAIL i had a Danish cookie
No animal fats FAIL i had a poached egg and sofa bread which has milj
No wine FAIL i had one glass
Exercise YES 2KM walk

Day 9 of 30 is a YES
6 yes 3 no out of 30
 
Starting day 10 with a weeks loss of 1.2kg. Today as Friday is a planned of plan day but will try to stick to plan until work is finished
