So I'm gonna start my own again today!

Find it easier to keep a track of my intake & people can tell me what I'm doing wrong or right whether I am losing or staying the same!
I had a big binge last weekend and have been back 10 solid days now!

I do it from home & gonna weigh on friday mornings :) the biggest I was, was 14.2 and I have no idea what ill be Friday morning!

So any comments & advice welcome :)

I'm on extra easy so Today...

Brekkie - x2 toast from 400g loaf, x2 eggs fried in fry light & half a tin of beans.
A banana.
Cup of tea with skimmed milk from allowance

Dinner - planned for work!
Bernard Matthews tikka turkey chunks (free)
Chicken pasta pot shot (0.5syn)
Banana & apple.

Tea - turkey bolegenese! Was no extra lean mince so got this and worked out 16 syns for whole 800g pack :( but the amount I have weighed out I have counted as 4 syns and even that is to make sure I'm safe!! :)
Full of mushrooms, peppers and onions mmmm!
Grapes, orange and a Turkish delight mullerlight

Exercise: no gym for today as work 9-8.30 :( hence a lot of food!

Syns: 4.5/15

May have some Chocolate later see how bad the day is!! :p
 
Oh I forgot the salad I had for dinner with the chicken & pasta pot! Poured the pasta pot on one day and it's lovely! Highly recommend it!

A cuppa & two Maryland strawberry white choc cookies before bed mmmm! After that 12 hour shift I feel I deserve it!!

Up bright & early today!!

Just had two toast, two fried eggs in fry light and tinned tomatoes mmmm yummy!
A banana and a cuppa :) skimmed milk.

Walking the dog shortly when that settles! Do a good hour hike then an hours cardio at the gym at 11, woo!

I'll update with dinner & tea later, nasty 3-10 shift tonight yack! X

Chilli chicken low fat super noodles with salad!
Packet of tikka turkey chunks.... Bit of a random concoction but lovely all the same!

A Diet coke
And some pineapple with shape crumble yoghurt (0.5)

Syns: 0.5/15 at the moment!
 
Tea time!

Turkey bolegnese allowing 3.5 syns for the turkey as less than yesterday!
A Turkish delight mullerlight with a banana.
And a crunchie :) 9.5 syns

Syns: 13.5/15

Week total: 91/105

Those cookies Are a must! 50p at ASDA at the min! Highly recommend investing :p

Thanks chick! I'm Bouncing off the walls this Morning! I'm a bit achy off the gym yesterday went a bit heavy with the weights so I'm just walking my dog now then home to make some SW quiche before work!

Been to ASDA and done the healthy shop! Not a naughty thing in sight! Just gonna stay within my 15 syns aswell I don't fancy a treat yet so! :)

Bring on the 12's! Xx
 
Whoop whoop. Still only saying 1lb off for me "/ 8lb off for the Boyf though... Might have to measure my milk and cut down on my brews lol

Oh today's food:

Gonna have some pineapple & grapes with banana and custard mullerlight shortly before work! Yummmmmm

Quiche looks good I gotta try it :) looks like your doing well still, u only need 5lb loss this time for a stone :-O no pressure like haha.
