Hey all! I'm back to the SW diet again. I started last October but went for a 'break' over Christmas and I'm only getting myself back into gear now! Last time I was on the diet I lost 8lbs in 4 weeks. I was a little disheartened but looking back now that was pretty alright! I'm 14 stone now and can no longer justify myself by saying I had a baby because she's now a year and a half! My goal weight...realistically speaking is 10 stone but for now I'll go with 11. I'm determined more than ever now. I've only just found out about this website and I'm even more excited now. Any tips of tricks I should know about this great helping website? Who's with me?!
