Started yesterday mon 29th think 60 days till hols. Been reading everyone's lovely stories, so really need to keep track of everything I do, eat, how I feel etc. So here goes.
Day 1 completed ok 3 shakes and chicken and salad.
Day 2 feeling good so far, been drinking lots water, lunchtime starting to feel hungry. No headaches yet or tiredness.
