Hi All

I thought I would introduce myself!! Im about to start SW again, going to my first meeting tomorrow night.

I've done SW before, lost 14lbs in 6 weeks!!! So, I need to get on it again as Ive put on about 30lbs since I came off it!! LOL

So, whats new in SW? It was 2008 when I did it last, and I did all green days as a veggie :) What can I expect tomorrow when I head into that hall?

Welcome back. Hope all goes well. TBH I'm not sure anything has changed food wise. But you know the support you get will be brilliant, and once you get into the swing of things it will become second nature. I did SW before too and was very successful. Although there is an absolute mass of information on this website so its an added bonus.
