Levels of obesity

    Can someone please tell me what BMIs constitute normal, overweight, obese and morbidly obese?

    I am currently in the "may drop dead at any second cos she's so fat" category I reckon.

    I think its 20-25 healthy bmi, 25-30 over-weight , 30+ Obese. Might be wrong though !

    that is correct and then 40+ is morbidly obese x

    you should really try the spreadsheet that someone made, it shows you coming down the obesity levels etc. and is really good and motivational - I can find the link if you like
