Lexie Dogs Round 2 Roundup

UNLEASHING THE BEAST!
Well I'm back, after baby number 2 I've managed to gain 1.5 stone in 3 months whilst breastfeeding.

My own fault really, eating convenience foods, quick to grab chocolate and sweets and takeaways have not been kind. Baby took a long time to settle into any sort of routine, she was quite bad with reflux, tongue tie and a toddler to run about after too meant that I was too tired to pay any real attention to what I was eating.

Start weight: 15st 12.5lbs (Size 20? Guess because I have nothing that fits anymore)

B: Fat free Greek Yoghurt, Apple, banana, pear
L: Superspeed soup
D: Leftover chicken from roast chicken, fried rice,
Syns: (7.5) Club cake bar(5), or mini jelly tots
HEA: 175ml whole milk

Yes Hannah, it's precooked rice fried with whatever I fancy at that point in time always using Soya sauce as a base, so recently it's had 5 spice in it, some oyster sauce (1syn a tablespoon), finely diced chillies for spicy rice and some curry powder for singapore fried rice/Chow mein.

If it's purely vegetable base I add a fried egg either through the rice or on top for protein so good for green days.

Also rice is ridiculously cheap - I use the smart price/basic rice at 40p a bag, so a meal would be pennies using this and stir fry veg

Fridays plan:

B: Fruit (apple, tangerine, kiwi fruit)
L: mince, potatoes, sprouts, carrot. onion (left over dinner yesterday)
D: Fried rice, stir fry veg, chicken, oyster sauce (2syns)
Syns: 12 total, snack ice cream (4), extra milk (6)
HEA: 175Ml milk,
