UNLEASHING THE BEAST!
So, Did SW back in 2010/11 - lost 2 stone in 2 months. Got pregnant (naturally!) and maintained pre pregnancy weight, might have even lost a bit.

It's the night shift that's done me in. Up to about 15stone 7lbs.

I need to get my head into gear. I'm mucking about a week on a diet here, a week on a diet there and everytime I just fizzle out of motivation.

So we're trying for another baby - weight and PCOS being the biggest obstacles.

So it's a good plan to get us ALL eating healthily, me, husband and my son.


So day 1 -

B:2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB + 3 syns) topped with Quark and some fresh pineapple
L: Homemade lentil and vegetable soup
D: Pasta and bolognese
D2 (about 1am): Homemade lentil and vegetable soup
B2: About 4/5am Fruit salad, yoghurt

Home and sleep :)
